1. Nature of Our Service
Book Your Flight by Fareobuzz is an independent travel agency. We act solely as an intermediary between you and third-party travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, cruise lines, Amtrak, rental car companies). We are not the operator of any flight, hotel, ship, train, or rental vehicle.
2. No Affiliation with Suppliers
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any airline, hotel chain, cruise line, Amtrak, or rental car company. All trademarks, logos and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive/identification purposes only.
3. Booking Process
Reservations are confirmed only after full payment is received and an itinerary or confirmation number is issued. Quoted fares are not guaranteed until ticketed; airline pricing can change without notice.
4. Service Fees
A service fee may apply to bookings to cover our agent's time and expertise. Any service fee will be disclosed by the agent before payment is processed. By authorizing payment, you accept the total cost quoted, including any service fee.
5. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds
Change and cancellation rules are set by the underlying supplier (airline, hotel, etc.) and by the specific fare or rate class. Some fares are non-refundable. We will explain applicable rules at the time of booking. Refund processing times depend on the supplier and the original form of payment. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Travel Documents & Eligibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, vaccination documents, and any other documents required for travel. We may provide general guidance but the final responsibility for travel documentation rests with the traveler.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Book Your Flight by Fareobuzz is not liable for delays, cancellations, losses, injuries, or damages caused by the underlying supplier or by events outside our reasonable control (weather, labor actions, mechanical failures, government action, force majeure). Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the agency service fee paid to us for that booking.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance. We can refer you to licensed third-party providers; coverage details, exclusions, and claims are handled by the insurer.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Book Your Flight by Fareobuzz, its agents and employees against any claim arising from your violation of these terms or applicable law.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which our agency is registered. Disputes shall be resolved in the state and federal courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
