1. Cancellation Process

To cancel or change a flight, you must contact our flight booking call center immediately at +1 (833) 546-3547. Email cancellations may not be processed in time to avoid "no-show" penalties.

2. Our Agency Service Fees

When you book via our airline reservation agent phone service, a service fee is applied.
Agency Service Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the flight is cancelled by the airline or the passenger. This fee covers the cost of our flight booking consultation and administrative support.

3. Airline Refund Rules

• 24-Hour Window: Some tickets may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, depending on the specific airline's policy. You must call us immediately to utilize this.
• Non-Refundable Tickets: Most economy and discounted fares are non-refundable. If you cancel, you may receive a "Future Flight Credit" from the airline, less any applicable airline penalties.
• Refundable Tickets: If you purchased a fully refundable fare, we will assist you in processing the refund with the airline.

4. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed by the airlines, not us. Once a refund is approved by the carrier, it may take 1 to 2 billing cycles (approx. 30-60 days) to appear on your credit card statement.
